Ever since we announced honor rewards back at the 2011 World Championships last year, we've been working behind the scenes to improve the experience for players. Redeeming Q1 rewards was slightly confusing and a little awkward, so for Q2 and onward we have a new and improved method for redemption. Here is how redemption works. If you ever need to know this information, it is permanently stored and will be updated as needed on the Honor Rewards website. You can also reach this website from the honor ranking page by clicking the Honor Rewards link in the upper right corner.

To redeem:
 
1. Log into your wowtcg.com user account during the opt in window. This will always start 2 weeks after the quarter ends and will go on for 2 more weeks. Specific dates are listed on the Honor Rewards website. We allow two weeks before opening the opt-in window to make sure that Tournament Organizers had time to upload all relevant tournament data for that quarter.
 
2. If you are eligible for rewards, you should see a message under the Honor heading on your user profile page. Click the link to redeem your rewards.
 
 
3. You will be taken to the update address page. This step is there to make sure that we have your correct address on file. One of the biggest barriers to just mailing out cards to everyone who qualified is the amount of packages that we would waste due to incomplete or wrong addresses. This step fixes that issue. Update your address or click save to continue.
 
 
4. Success! Your mailing address has been added to our queue. We will mail you your promo shortly after the opt-in window closes. After you successfully opted in, you should see a "you already opted in" message in place of the "congratulations you are eligible to redeem" message. That's how you know that you are on the list to receive your rewards.
 
 
That's it. No more getting codes via email. No more wondering if or when you'll be able to redeem. 
 
Here are some "fine print" details about this promotion:
  • This promotion is only available to those that link your account to your CZE ID. We can't tell in what tournaments you've played if your account is not linked to your CZE ID. Since we can't tell, you don't get credit.
  • Each quarterly mailing is a one shot deal. We will not add players after the opt-in window. We can not track packages to an address and we will not re-mail returned packages. Make sure that your address is correct and you are opting in for rewards.
  • This promotion is only available to those in good standing with CZE. It goes without saying that if we suspend someone from tournament play, they would not be able redeem rewards.
